Refund Policy

Note: This is a template and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before use.

Last updated: [DATE placeholder]

KENSHI is committed to a fair and transparent refund policy. Please read the terms below carefully before enrolling. The specific figures marked as [placeholder] are examples intended to be finalised with your lawyer before publication.

Overview

Because KENSHI programs involve significant preparation, scheduling, and 1:1 mentor time that is allocated specifically to you upon enrolment, our refund policy distinguishes between the type of program purchased and the stage at which a refund is requested.

Masterclass Refunds

Free masterclasses: No payment is taken; no refund applies.

Paid masterclasses: A full refund will be issued if requested at least [X days placeholder] before the masterclass date. Requests made after that point, or after the masterclass has taken place, are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [X business days placeholder].

Mentorship Program Refunds

A cooling-off period of [X days placeholder, e.g. 7 days] applies from the date of payment, provided the program has not yet commenced and no sessions have been scheduled or delivered. A full refund will be issued if requested in writing within this window.

If the program has commenced — meaning the first session has been scheduled, a session has taken place, or program materials have been shared — a pro-rated refund may be considered at the sole discretion of KENSHI, based on the proportion of the program remaining.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email placeholder] within [X days placeholder] of the triggering event.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The cooling-off period has expired and the program has commenced
  • More than [X sessions placeholder] sessions have been delivered
  • Program materials, recordings, or resources have been accessed or downloaded
  • The refund request is made on grounds of dissatisfaction with market outcomes — KENSHI is an education provider and makes no representations about investment results
  • A student has been removed from the program due to a Code of Conduct violation

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email placeholder] with the subject line “Refund Request — [Program Name]” and include:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • The program or masterclass you purchased
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for the request

We will acknowledge your request within [X business days placeholder] and aim to resolve it within [X business days placeholder]. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
