By accessing this website or enrolling in any program or masterclass offered by KENSHI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or enrolling in our programs.
Description of Services
KENSHI provides stock-market education and 1:1 mentorship programs covering technical analysis, fundamental analysis, value investing, and investing psychology, as well as free and paid masterclasses. All services are educational in nature.
KENSHI does not provide investment advice, stock tips, buy/sell recommendations, portfolio management, or any SEBI-regulated advisory service. Participation in any program does not constitute the provision of, or entitle you to, investment advice.
Enrolment and Eligibility
To enrol in a mentorship program, you must submit an application and receive confirmation of acceptance from KENSHI. Enrolment is subject to availability of places and the sole discretion of KENSHI.
You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in any paid program. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide in your application is accurate and complete.
Code of Conduct
All students are expected to participate respectfully and constructively. You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or disrespect the mentor or other students
- Share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any program content, recordings, or materials — whether in part or in full
- Use program content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from KENSHI
- Record sessions without express prior written consent from KENSHI
All program content is licensed for the enrolled student's personal, non-commercial learning only.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, session recordings, slides, worksheets, written content, frameworks, and any other content produced by KENSHI remain the sole intellectual property of KENSHI. No content may be copied, shared, redistributed, published, or resold without prior written permission.
Unauthorised use or distribution of KENSHI content may constitute a breach of copyright and will be pursued accordingly.
No Advisory Relationship
Participation in any KENSHI program, masterclass, or communication does not create, and shall not be deemed to create, an investment-adviser–client relationship, a fiduciary duty, or any other advisory relationship between KENSHI and you.
KENSHI is NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst and does not hold any registration that permits the provision of investment advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KENSHI and its associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other loss arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or participation in any program.
In any event, KENSHI's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program in respect of which the claim arises.
Changes to Terms
KENSHI reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or participation in programs after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
